Why am I getting an "Invalid Credentials" error when logging in?

This error usually occurs for one of the following reasons:

• Expired Registration Code: If you're attempting to log in more than 30 days after acknowledging your registration code, your access may have expired. In this case, you'll need to request a new registration code to proceed.
